How reference documents work
When you upload a PDF for a language (e.g. the Spanish Clean Oil Guide), Agent 1 (Glossary Analyst) automatically receives an excerpt from it as context whenever you run a Spanish translation. This ensures brand-approved terminology is used consistently across all translations.

Style guides are injected into Agents 2–5 for every translation. Use them to enforce terminology corrections, tone rules, and approved phrasings.

For each language, set the URL of the live C.C.JENSEN website in that language (e.g. https://www.cjc.dk/es/). Agent 1 and Agent 2 will fetch this page and use it to match the tone and phrasing already established on the live site.
